Eric was the one who did the inspection, and he was incredibly thorough. He actually discovered a major safety issue with my gas stove that could have easily led to a house fire. The report was very detailed and Eric took the time to explain all of his findings to me. Additionally, he asked if I had noticed anything during the build process I found concerning and double checked those areas.
